RDCO Board Meeting – La Casa Public Hearing on Zoning
A Public Hearing (audio) to amend the Rural Westside Official Community Plan (OCP) and Bylaw No. 871-238 (documents) was held prior to the RDCO Board Meeting to allow input to the changes being proposed. A La Casa representative and one resident spoke at the Public Hearing with all comments being favourable to the changes proposed.
At the RDCO Regular Board Meeting (audio) following the Public Hearing the issue was brought forward as Item #6.1 (document p. 9-16) and voted on.
Item # 6.1 – Second and Third Readings – Application Z16/05 Province of BC c/o The Owners of Strata Plan KAS2428 (LaCasa) Blocks C and D of District Lot 3542, ODYD – Westside Road
In all of the Central Okanagan Regional District only in the North Westside Area of Central Okanagan West do the two Electoral Area Directors determine Planning Issues such as this with a true Stakeholders Vote. The vote was 2-0 in favour of the motion and therefore a pass.
