In The Dark Again …

Woke up this morning to the power being off, good thing it only lasted about 30 minutes.

Now here I am literally in the dark again. 10:20pm and the power is gone and I am waiting for the crews to arrive and find out what happened this time. The joys of living at the end of a long single line hydro feed.

11:18pm still waiting for the crews to arrive and update as to what the problem is.

11:27 pm crews on site, no cause given. Power back on time is estimated at 4:00 am, Saturday morning.

12:04 pm looks like it was a bird contacting the wire is what took out the lights, probably didn’t do much for the bird. Still calling for an Apr 15 4:00 am for lights on.

2:36 am April 15 is the latest update and that now puts the est. time on as 6:00 am. Let’s hope this one sticks.

The power came back on early at about 5:00 am ran for 30 minutes (the wife reset everything) and went out again for a bit then back on and steady … so far.
