North Westside governance study gains steam

Here is another article from the Vernon Morning Star “North Westside governance study gains steam” on the latest correspondence from the Ministry of Community, and Sport & Culture. This correspondence adds some clarification to the ongoing saga of the North Westside Communities search for Governance and where our support lays. The upcoming RDCO Board Meeting on Monday November 28 @ 7:00PM will feature staff from the Ministry of Community, search Sport & Culture to answer questions from the RDCO Board Members on the Governance Study process. When their Q&A Session ends I will be moving for a Resolution from RDCO Board to the Ministry of Community, Sport & Culture to support and fund a Governance Study for the North Westside Fire Protection District. This Study will truly put us on a path that will answer the many questions residents have had about the administration and operations of our local services and functions.
