Gas Tax Funding at work. The Board has approved the funding request from the North Westside Communities Associations Parks Committee. This should be a great asset for the Community Easter Egg Hunt and especially Canada Day. This will highlight our local entertainers as well as provide much needed shelter from both good and bad weather.

The RDCO Parks Department have promised the NWCA and myself they would do everything possible to have this Bandstand ready for our Canada Day Celebration in the Park. Plans, roof colour, placement location have all been predetermined it was this final funding vote that makes it an officially funded budget project.
