Power Failure – North Westside x2
UPDATE: Back on again at 9:42 am.
9:20 am Jun 13 – Power Off Again (tree on wire) Estimated back on by 10:00 am
1:50 am June 13 2020 Power back on!!
10:00 Just checked the BC HYdro Outage Site and they are estimating 3:30 am for reconnection.
1550 people in the North Westside Area are now in the dark, literally. At 5;34 pm Jun 12 2020 the lights went out when a thunderstorm passing through the area. Looks like a tree on the power line, NWFR on scene and a BC Hydro crew on the way to our district. I just started the generator with this storm it could be awhile as it is still windy and raining quite hard.
