Good Afternoon Andy, cialis

Below is the North Westside Communities Association (NWCA) newsletter prepared by our secretary that was sent out to our community members on Nov.3/16.  It contains a letter from the NWCA President, Bob Andrews, written after twice being denied our delegation request, the presentation by myself that was prepared in anticipation of acceptance of our delegation request to the RDCO Board, the FOI documents we received from the RDCO and MFLNRO as well as media links pertaining to the power pole on Killiney Beach.

We continue to be dissatisfied (to put it mildly) with your “statutory decision to allow the power pole to become legitimized under tenure for the Fireboat house.” (email from you to Lemp/Norlock 2016-03-10 – FOI Pgs.24-25). In this same email you also say that, “We made it clear they (RDCO) are responsible for the safety aspects of this placement and they are the ones to be accountable for public concern.” You then go on to say, “Once again I want to thank you guys for your diligence in your investigation.”

With that, you absolve yourself of any responsibility or consequences of guilt for any injuries that may occur in the future as a result of your sole decision.  I am personally appalled that a person in your position of trust and authority has allowed the power pole to remain in its current inappropriate location despite the fact that the Manager, Supervisor, Compliance & Enforcement Officer of the Vernon MFLNRO office, the Water Steward, Ecosystems etc..concluded that the pole must be relocated above the high water mark and off the beach site as evidenced in the FOI package we received.  Do you think that all the aforementioned employees of the various offices of the Ministry are inept and incompetent in their positions?  What is it that made you override the common sense decisions and conclusion made by these employees while demonstrating their “diligence” in this investigation?  Why did you disregard the “Trespass Notice” issued by Officer Don Lemp and ignore the expressed wishes of this community?

As you are the one that made this statutory decision we would appreciate the courtesy of a reply.

Regards,

Michelle Carson
