Ministry of Community, Sport & Culture Staff attend RDCO Board Meeting for Q&A on Governance

Tomorrow evening Monday, November 28 2016@7pm the RDCO Regular Board Meeting takes place in  the Woodhaven Board Room 1450 KLO Road in Kelowna. The Ministry of Community, Sport & Culture will have senior staff members present to answer questions the Board Members have on the Governance Study process and procedures as they impact specifically the North Westside and in general the remainder of the Electoral Areas.

After the Q&A session I will be moving for a Resolution of Support from the RDCO Board for A full Governance Study for the North Westside Fire Protection District and to direct staff to prepare and submit an application for funding from the Province for the Governance Study.

This meeting and the vote on the resolution are open to the public. Residents are welcome to attend and be witness to the information from the Ministry experts, the Board Members questions on the Study and the deliberations prior to vote on the resolution and the vote itself.
