RDCO “Services and Community Issues Review”

• A provincial grant of $20,000 has been received
• An external consultant to be chosen by the RDCO staff under the direction of CAO
• The aim includes identifying issues and concerns regarding decision-making and delivery of regional district services

Out of Scope of the review:

• A technical or financial audit of current services and governance
• Options or recommendations on changes to the existing governance model
• The impact of change to current governance

Here is what Killiney Beach looks like today. The Park is still closed to both foot and vehicle traffic due to the protection measures and the slide hazard. Please don’t mess with the protection measures in place and call the authorities if you see someone else doing nasty things that will damage our Park. These protection measures will probably be in place for some time to come.
