Speculation Tax Legislation – Update

I have had a few enquiries on the Provincial Speculation Tax recently so I checked to see what was out there. Here is an article from the Union of BC Municipalities newsletter the Compass on the Speculation Tax Legislation.  So far this tax does NOT apply outside of the Kelowna & West Kelowna municipalities within the Central Okanagan Regional District.
